   • This personal data processing policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) are issued by the company:

(hereinafter referred to as the „Controller “).        

• This Privacy Policy concerns and govern principles of processing personal data of visitors of the website cryptoassecmc.com (hereinafter referred to as the „Internet Store “), especially those Buyers in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Controller as the Seller who are identified or identifiable natural persons (hereinafter referred to as the „Person concerned “).
• By issuing this Privacy Policy, Controller fulfils its information obligation towards the Person concerned concerning the processing of their personal data, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the „General Data Protection Regulation “, or the „GDPR “).
• As the Person concerned, you have the opportunity to find out about the collection and/or processing of your personal data before we, as Controller, start collecting and/or processing it.
• The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you as the Person concerned about the processing of your personal data by us, as Controller, and about your rights in connection with the processing of your personal data in a clear and simple, concise, transparent, comprehensible and easily accessible way.

2. What personal data do we process?

• Data provided by the Person concerned. Controller processes personal data about users and Buyers. Primarily, personal data is processed which you provide to us when you register on the Internet Store or when you are creating your order.
• These data include, in particular, the e-mail address and, in case of the Buyer also the name, address, phone number and payment details. If you wish, you may also provide additional information, such as your business address or a note of possible delivery times.
• Data from Facebook. If you use the social network Facebook for registration, you will also allow Controller access to your public profile, date of birth, information about the current place of residence and e-mail address. Your public Facebook profile includes your name, profile picture, age, gender and other public information in according to your preferences.
• Data obtained through cookies. To better target advertising campaigns and improve the offer of products and services, Controller uses information about the goods purchased by the Buyer. If you have enabled the storage of cookies in your browser and you agree to their use, Controller obtains data on visits to the website, viewed products and other activity on the website.
• Controller does not collect or otherwise process any sensitive personal data, including e.g., information about your health, religion or your belief, etc.

 

3. What are the purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended?

• For processing your order, i.e., to fulfil the contract between Controller and the Buyer, we use your name and contact details. In this case, data processing includes all activities from the registration of the order, its processing, including payment and delivery of the ordered goods. If the data is not provided, Controller cannot process your order.
• For the offer of our products to customers by Controller in the form of commercial announcements, primarily we use an e-mail address, occasionally a phone number for sending SMS. In this case, we send commercial notifications about products related to the goods that you have already purchased on the Internet Store. We perform processing due to the realization of the legitimate interests of Controller in the form of limited direct marketing. Controller thus does not require consent to the sending of these commercial notifications but allows you to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, or to object to such processing. We may send business notices to customers whose are registered in the Internet Store after the entry into force of these rules as part of an order, based on consent, which is completely voluntary, and its non-granting does not affect the completion of your order. You give your consent to Controller during registration on the Internet Store or later in the settings of your user account. You can revoke your consent at any time by clicking on the appropriate link located in each business announcement or user account settings. If you revoke the consent, we will no longer process your personal data for the purpose of sending business notifications, even for the above-mentioned reason for the realization of the legitimate interests of Controller.
• For the offer of our products and the promotion of the Internet Store in the form of commercial announcements sent to users, Controller primarily uses an e-amil address. In this case, processing is in place only with your consent, which is completely voluntary and even if it is not granted, you can fully continue in using our website. You give your consent to Controller during the registration in the Internet Store or later in the setting of your user account. Please note that the registration in the Internet Store can be done only by persons over 15 years of age. You can revoke your consent at any time by clicking on the appropriate link located in each business announcement or user account settings.
• For better targeting of advertising and promotion of the Internet Store, Controller processes data on visits to website, viewed products and other activity on the website when using cookies. Processing is possible only on the basis of your consent to use of appropriate cookies. This consent is also completely voluntary. As a rule, on the basis of the above data, Controller obtains statistics, analyses and reports about the behaviour of website users. Based on them, then it is possible to better target advertising or adapt the consent of the website to what you are really interested in and what you are looking for or what is the interest of the larger group of users in general. • Cookies are also used for the implementation of Controller ‘s affiliate program, when it is recorded whether you have purchased any goods on other websites within 30 days of clicking on Controller ‘s advertisement on other websites. Processing is again possible only on the basis of your consent to the use of these cookies, which you already provide on the website of our affiliate partner, i.e., on the pages where you clicked on Controller’s advertisement. If you provide this consent and if you also provide consent to the storage of cookies for these purposes on Controller’s website, these cookies will be used in accordance with the rules for the cookies’ use.
• To ensure customer support, we use your name and e-mail address, which you filled in before the start of chat with Controller’s employee in the appropriate chat window on the website. By filling in the data, you express your consent to the processing of the data. We no longer use your name and e-mail address on the basis only of the start of the chat.

 

4. Recipients of personal data

• In the first place, personal data are processed by Controller and its employees. All persons who have access to personal data are bound by confidentiality and this obligation continues even after the end of their cooperation with us as Controller.
• Controller, as the administrator, also entrusts the processing of personal data to other legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the „Processors “). The Processor is any entity that processes personal data for Controller for the purposes and in the manner specified by Controller. If your consent to the processing is required, we only transfer the data to the Processor if you have given your consent. We provide Processors with only the data that they strictly need to ensure their services and to realize given purpose. The Processors used by Controller are following legal entities:

5. How long do we keep personal data?

• Controller processes personal data for the purposes of fulfilling the contact for the entire period of processing the order, including its payment and delivery of goods. Controller subsequently stores some data contained in the accounting documents by law.
• Commercial notices are sent to users for the entire period of consent to their sending. In case of customers, commercial notices are sent until their subscription is unsubscribed, or until an objection is raised against the processing of your data for this purpose. However, commercial notices are sent longest for a period of 10 years. Controller will then request a new consent.
• Controller processes data obtained for marketing purposes through cookies for the entire duration of the consent to the use of cookies, i.e., as long as you allow cookies to be stored in your browser, or until an objection is raised against the processing of your data for this purpose.
• Further processing of personal data beyond the stated deadlines is performed by Controller only if it is necessary for the fulfilment of obligations arising from the legal regulations that apply to Controller.

 

6. What are your rights?

• In connection with the processing of your personal data, you can contact Controller and request:
  1. Information whether personal data concerning you are being processed and, if Controller processes your personal data, you may request access to information concerning specific personal data processed by Controller, the purpose and nature of the processing of personal data, including information on any recipients of personal data outside Controller. General information on personal data processing is contained in this Privacy Policy. You can thus request access to your personal data that you have provided to Controller, whether during the registration or by creating an order. In the event of exercising this your right, Controller will confirm you whether and what specific personal data are being processed and, if so, these data will be made available to you together with information on their processing.
  2. Rectification of personal data without undue delay, if any inaccurate or incomplete. Only in case of correct and complete data can Controller process your order correctly.
  3. Erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”), if they are no longer necessary for the stated purposes, or if Controller no longer has a legal reason to further process your personal data, including cases where you do not agree to their further processing (you have revoked your consent). Within the fulfilment of the stated conditions, Controller will completely or partially destroy your data.
  4. Restrictions of processing of personal data if you challenge the accuracy of personal data during the period when Controller has the opportunity to verify their accuracy; if they are no longer necessary for the stated purposes, or if Controller no longer has a legal reason to process personal data.
  5. Data portability of automatically processed personal data obtained on the basis of your consent from Controller to another entity, when Controller transfers your personal data in a commonly used format to you or another controller who is assigned by you.
  6. Object of the processing of personal data in case of sending commercial notices or evaluating purchase preferences, on the basis of which Controller will immediately terminate the processing of personal data for these purposes.

 

7. Miscellaneous

 

• In case of a breach of obligations related to personal data processing by Controller, you have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is following office:

• Controller takes care of the security of the personal data of the Person Concerned. The handling of personal data is in full compliance with applicable law, including GDPR. The processing personal data and its technical and organizational security are on the first place for Controller.
• All personal data in electronic form are stored in databases and systems to which only persons who need to handle these personal data directly for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy have access, and only to extent which is necessary for particular purpose. Access to this personal data is protected by a password and a firewall. The security of personal data is regularly tested by Controller and we continuously improve the protection.
• This Privacy Policy is valid and effective on January 1, 2021.
